This on-line Seder was shared with friends over zoom. It stands on its own but follows a booklet that is available on request in the comments below. It is approximately two hours in length and includes music that is likely under copyright. I acknowledge the content and am grateful that YouTube will allow it. The video can be used as a full Seder with a break for a meal. It can be used in many other ways. The focus of this Seder is the person of Jesus. Passover is a Feast of the Lord (Leviticus 23) and because Jesus is Lord (Philippians 2:11), we may conclude that the Feasts of the Lord are the Feasts of Jesus. It is not surprising, therefore, that every element of the Seder speaks of him. One of the issues that is often missed, even in a Messianic celebration, is the Resurrection of Jesus. Jesus is the Firstfruits (1 Corinthians 15:20) and, as such, fulfills the Levitical Feast of Firstfruits (Leviticus 23:9-11) which occurs on the day after the Sabbath during the week of unleavened bread. The Resurrection is celebrated in this Seder. Another reason that this Seder is somewhat different is prophetic. Jeremiah 16:14-15 tells us “However, the days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when men will no longer say, ‘As surely as the LORD lives, who brought the Israelites up out of Egypt,’ but they will say, ‘As surely as the LORD lives, who brought the Israelites up out of the land of the north and out of all the countries where he had banished them.’ For I will restore them to the land I gave their forefathers.” We are living in those days.
